We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Developer Antibodies to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Your mission :

As the Business Developer Antibodies, you will be responsible for :

  • The comprehensive management of antibody sales across the United States, Canada & Europe.
  • You will be tasked with developing and executing commercial strategies aimed at increasing our market presence, establishing strong partnerships with laboratories, distributors, and hospitals, and maximizing revenue in this segment.
  • You should have a deep understanding of antibodies and the diagnostics market, along with the ability to identify opportunities and develop sustainable business relationships.

 

Your responsabilities :

  • Develop and implement a specific commercial strategy for the antibody market, aligned with the company's overall commercial objectives.
  • Identify and prospect potential new clients, including laboratories, distributors, and hospitals, to expand our sales network.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and addressing their specific needs.
  • Analyze the antibody market, identify trends and customer needs to adjust product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and distribution agreements, ensuring profitability and partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Marketing) to adapt products and communication strategies to the market needs.
  • Monitor sales performance, create reports and sales forecasts, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in conferences and (international) trade shows to promote our products and identify new growth opportunities.

 

Your profile :

  • Master’s degree in a scientific field.
  • Proven experience in international sales of antibodies, or at least in international sales within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse clients.
  • Experience in account management and business development, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • A Hunter's Mindset
  • Analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to interpret market data and anticipate trends.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to work remotely or from an office based in the United States.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English is essential. French and Dutch are nice to have.
