- Any technical complaint can be sent to our Technical Support Department.
- Any administrative or logistical complaint can be sent to our Customer Service Department.
- Any complaint linked to automates and instrumentation can be sent to our Instrumentation Department.
The issue will be registered in our Complaint Management System and the acknowledgment of receipt including the identification number of the complaint will be communicated within 24h.

- Reference of the affected product
- Lot number
- Raw data (calibration curve, controls data, samples)
- Pictures if needed
- Protocol used (temperature, sample type, dilutions used, washing technique, reading fitting, storage and preparation of the reagents…)
